The dainty chamomile plant is from the Asteracease family. Chamomile is easily grown and often reseeds it's self the following year. It's small gem flowers are daisy like, making Cgamomile a perfect choice for pots and other containers or left wild in an English garden setting. Chamomile is often called camomile. The dried flowers are used in teas, its said to have a sedative effect, though there is no evidence to back this claim. Sleepy time tea is popular. #mothersdaisy. #JLZarekArt #Jlinnz
